Our inspirational journey begins on Quadra Island, located just off Campbell River on the east coast of North Central Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. Wildlife Boat Charters offers artists and art aficionados a unique outdoor experience while traveling aboard our 50' Trawler yacht, MV Kum-Bah-Yah. Interested artists are encouraged to pre-arrange group field trips and workshops led by their own instructors or utilizing the local professional art instructors in the Campbell River / Quadra Island / Vancouver Island area.
Arrangements can be made for guest speakers like noted biologists, writers and BC historians to join the group. Curious travelers and writers are always welcome!
Chad White offers three decades of charter boat experience. He has aquired a unique perspective by living and traveling extensively around coastal B.C. as charter boat contractors for the Federal Department of Fisheries & Oceans, Provincial Forests ministry and Adventure Tourism interests.
To meet the needs of artists and art workshops there is a large 3'. 4"w x 5'. 8" salon table inside as well as numerous seating areas on the main deck and covered, flying bridge. Guests traveling these waterways will enjoy the spacious and comfortable setting aboard K.B.Y along with an unforgettable art adventure amongst British Columbia's vast coastal waterways.
